Book Dr. Maria Cristina, Health and Wellness Coach for Your Next Event

Dr. Maria Cristina is an academic who spent over 40 years in education the last 20 of which she served as a community college president. Following retirement she redirected into a career of Health and Wellness and founded the Age Well Ageless Life System. She is now working on a book about redesigning how we age. As a certified health and wellness practitioner she works with individuals, groups and companies to improve the life choices that can be made to live and age well.

What The Food Industry Is Doing To Our Health

This presentation is based on the New York Time’s best seller Feeding You Lies, by Vani Hari.
Attendees will learn clean eating techniques as well as discover the many foods marketed as healthy that are actually harmful to your health. Each attendee will receive a listing of the products that contain sugar and the names of artificial sugar masquerading as sugar-free.

Perceptions of Aging Well

This session will cover how the media portrays aging and other contributing factors to how we ourselves view aging. Another focus will beyond mindset will be sleep, breathing, and relaxation and how each plays a critical role in how we age. Attendees will learn exercise and nutrition strategies to improve the aging process as well.

Nutrition and Strength Training ----- Pathways to Reversing the Aging Process

This presentation will cover the benefits of healthy eating related to aging and gain insights into making eating healthy stress-free. Attendees will also learn the latest research regarding strength training and its benefits for aging well. Dr. Mari Cristina will provide a strength training demonstration explaining what can be done at home on your own with or without equipment.
